Description

Ledcor is seeking an experienced and certified Grouting Supervisor to take charge of all grouting operations on site. In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll direct skilled crews, drive performance, and ensure every task meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. You’ll be the key link between field operations and project stakeholders—coordinating schedules, solving problems, and keeping work aligned with strict technical specs and regulatory benchmarks.

If you’re a hands-on leader with deep technical expertise and a solid track record of delivering grouting excellence in complex environments, we want to hear from you.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all grouting activities including preparation, mixing, application, and curing processes to ensure strict adherence to project plans, technical specifications, and safety standards
  • Lead quality control efforts by monitoring grout materials and workmanship, conducting sampling and testing as necessary to maintain high-quality outcomes
  • Ensure grout placement complies with design requirements, including volume, pressure, coverage, and curing timelines
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of grouting operations, inspection findings, progress reports, and any deviations or issues encountered on site
  • Collaborate closely with contractors, engineers, project managers, and other site personnel to resolve technical challenges and optimize grouting procedures
  • Enforce compliance with all relevant safety protocols, environmental regulations, and construction codes during grouting activities
  • Review and approve grouting plans and specifications prior to commencement of work, providing expert guidance and recommendations
  • Mentor and train grouting crews to enhance skills, safety awareness, and operational efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or inspection with a focus on grouting or related concrete and foundation works
  • Certified Grouting Supervisor status or equivalent recognized certification (e.g., Post Tensioning Institute (PTI) Level II or Inspector certification preferred) and ASBI grouting Technician certificate (as per Post tensioned Specification)
  • Solid understanding of construction codes, standards, and best practices related to grouting operations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate diverse crews on site
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail
  • Relevant technical certifications in construction inspection or supervision (e.g., ICC, NICET) are a strong asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders

Work Conditions:

  • This is a site based position
