What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coach and develop a team of Sales Consultants through hands-on leadership, performance management, and personal development plans
- Analyze and manage team and individual KPIs, with a sharp focus on conversion, volume, gross, and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with F&I, Marketing, and Service to create a seamless and effective client journey
- Support new initiatives and digital tools that improve both team efficiency and the buying experience
- Foster a values-based culture of integrity, trust, and consistent performance
- Model professionalism and accountability on the floor and in the boardroom
What We’re Looking For:
- Intelligent and analytical thinker with strong leadership instincts
- Humble, coachable, and motivated to learn in a fast-moving retail environment
- Clear, confident communicator with the charisma to lead and inspire
- Proven track record in sales leadership (automotive preferred, but open to top performers from other verticals)
- Committed to personal and team growth—comfortable giving and receiving feedback
- Strong grasp of sales processes, digital retail tools, and CRM/DMS systems
Experience That Will Set You Apart:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead in an automotive dealership
- Familiarity with Hyundai brand and customer experience expectations
- Comfortable using platforms such as Tekion, VinSolutions, or similar DMS/CRM tools
- Background in performance coaching, sales training, or business development
