Position Overview:
As a Deal Administrator, you will be a key member of our administrative and accounting team, ensuring seamless real estate transaction processing. You’ll manage deal documentation, liaise with agents and solicitors, and help ensure compliance and accuracy across all deals.
Responsibilities include:
- Review all real estate transaction files for accuracy and completeness
- Import and validate deal documents using Nexone
- Board and internal reporting for deals
- Provide support to real estate agents and office staff as needed
- Liaise and coordinate with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders
- Track outstanding documents and follow up on missing or conditional paperwork
- Assist with other administrative or office tasks as required
Software Programs:
- Nexone
- Lone Wolf
- Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Experience working with real estate transactions and relevant documentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to take initiative
- Fast learner who is comfortable with new technology and software
- Familiarity with Nexone and Lone Wolf is a strong asset
- Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written - additional languages an asset
Salary:
Starting at $45,000, based on experience
