About the role

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business development initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively meet client needs and enhance overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Identify opportunities for business development within existing accounts and pursue new sales opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform strategies that enhance service delivery and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms while maintaining profitability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product updates, service changes, and other relevant information.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field with a strong track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes for both the company and clients.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $65,990.00-$72,730.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
