About the role
Notre client, une entreprise manufacturière bien établie dans le secteur industriel, est à la recherche d’un Représentant Clients pour couvrir la Rive-Sud de Montréal ainsi que les provinces maritimes.
Ce rôle est entièrement terrain et s’adresse à un professionnel autonome, structuré et axé sur la relation client. Le titulaire aura pour mission de maintenir un portefeuille de clients existants tout en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
Responsabilités :
- Gérer un portefeuille de clients industriels et assurer un suivi rigoureux sur le terrain
- Planifier et réaliser des visites régulières sur le territoire assigné
- Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client
- Identifier les opportunités de ventes croisées ou de développement
- Assurer la coordination des enjeux techniques, logistiques ou liés aux commandes
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes internes (production, service client, logistique)
- Participer à des événements clients, foires et présentations
- Documenter ses activités dans le CRM et produire des rapports réguliers à la direction
Profil recherché :
- Excellent sens du service, approche proactive et orientée client
- Capacité à travailler en autonomie et à gérer efficacement un territoire
- Bilinguisme français/anglais requis
- Permis de conduire valide – déplacements fréquents
