🚨 Now Hiring: Accounts Payable Associate | 4to6-Month Contract | Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) 🚨
Our client, a reputable and established organization, is looking to bring on a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate for a 4 to 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension .
This is a hybrid role , requiring 3 days per week onsite , and is ideal for someone with strong AP experience, great Excel skills, and comfort working in ERP systems.
🧾 What You’ll Do:
- Process high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Perform vendor account reconciliations , investigating and resolving discrepancies.
- Extract data from ERP systems and work heavily in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, filters).
- Manage back-and-forth communications with vendors and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
- Match invoices with purchase orders or cheque requisitions.
- Maintain the AP inbox and ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
- Assist with month-end close tasks including reconciliations and accruals.
- Support audit prep and other AP-related projects as needed.
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience in a high-volume setting.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, large dataset handling).
- Experience working with an ERP system and downloading data into Excel.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle repetitive "rinse and repeat" AP work.
