Service Roofing Foreman

Position:

United Roofing Inc is looking to hire a full-time Service Roofing Foreman, for our office in Edmonton. Projects vary from high end residential to large commercial projects. Hours are weather dependent, but the average is around 50 hours per week.

Job description:

• Supervising a crew up to 12 workers.
• Conduct various meetings with the crew.
• Follow all general and safety policies, procedures and practices.

Requirements:

• Experience in roofing.
• Good leadership.
• Ability to supervise and lead a crew.
• Ability to conduct various meeting with the crew.
• Own tools and PPE.
• Safety tickets (CSTS, WHMIS, Fall Protection, Aerial Lift and Fit Testing (if required) - Recertification can/will be provided for hired workers, in the course of employment.

Assets:

• Journeyman Red Seal Preferred.
• Roofing Certificates (Soprema, Sarnafil, Carlisle, Firestone, Iko, etc.)
• Valid Driver's License.

Experience:

• Supervising: 1 year (preferred)
• Roofing: 5 years (required)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour
