Job Details

Description This Volunteer position plays an important part in managing the flow of traffic to and from the pool deck via the Foundation Lounge.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and verify access for Aquatic Sport Partners (confirm barcodes match day-sheet bookings)
  • Allow access only within 30 minutes of scheduled bookings
  • Tally usage stats – track the number of users accessing through this door on a provided sheet
  • Stay up to date on pool day sheet changes
  • Support general housekeeping tasks (as needed)

Access Guidelines You'd Help Monitor

  • Only Aquatic Sport Partners and Summer Camps may access via this entrance
  • No public access permitted (drop-in swimmers, lessons, fitness classes, etc. must go through Guest Services)
  • Ensure the upper door remains deactivated and the lower door is propped to allow clubs to exit safely
  • Use the daily schedule at your station to confirm bookings

Ideal Volunteer Shifts

  • Morning Block: 7:30 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Afternoon/Evening Block: 1:30 PM – 8:00 PM
  • Shifts can be broken up into flexible 2–4 hour segments based on your availability — whether you can help once a week or more regularly, it makes a big impact.
