Who are you?
You have sales, recruitment and/or job development experience, and are confident in performing cold calling, employer outreach and can broker meaningful inclusive employment opportunities. You are a dynamic self-motivated individual able to establish and maintain relationships with business stakeholders from a variety of industries while also supporting businesses to secure the talent of persons with disabilities.
Requirements to be considered for this job:
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales, job development or other related skills,
- 1-2 years’ sales, recruitment and/or job development experience
- Relevant Post-Secondary degree or diploma preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge in disability accommodation
- Familiarity with and understanding of the barriers experienced by jobseekers with disabilities as well as an awareness of cross-cultural sensitivities and issues
- Strong computer skills including past experience working with a customer relationship management platform
- Proficiency in French is considered an asset
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
