About the role
I am recruiting for a leading innovator in ultra-low-power wireless technology, and they are looking for an RF IC Design Engineer to join their growing team in the Montreal area. In this role, you will design and develop advanced RF circuits for next-generation wireless connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Design, simulate, and validate RF and analog IC blocks for wireless communication systems
- Work on key RF components such as LNAs, mixers, PLLs, and power amplifiers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and power efficiency
- Support testing, debugging, and characterization of RF ICs
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in RF IC design
Requirements
- Strong background in RF/analog IC design with hands-on experience in CMOS processes
- Proficiency in design tools such as Cadence, ADS, and EM simulators
- Experience with silicon validation and debugging
- Knowledge of low-power wireless communication systems is a plus
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
