We’re looking for a highly motivated Performance Measurement & Reporting Analyst (or Senior Analyst)

to join our growing team of professionals. This is a high-impact role at the heart of our investment operations, where precision, insight, and collaboration come together to support excellence in portfolio management and client reporting.

You will work closely with the Investment Team

and the Client Relations Team

, bringing clarity to performance outcomes, advancing the firm’s reporting and analytical capabilities and play a key role in upholding operational excellence and protecting the trust our clients and stakeholders place in our operations. You will be more than a performance analyst — you'll be a strategic contributor helping shape how we measure, interpret, and communicate investment results.

This position is based in our Montreal office

and requires in-person collaboration with our tight-knit, high-performing team.

What you’ll do

• Analyze performance to derive insightful attribution analysis that enhances investment and client-facing decisions.

• Monitor daily, monthly, and quarterly portfolio performance, analyze anomalies or outliers and maintain performance composites.

• Lead the implementation and audit of GIPS-compliant

  performance processes and support annual verifications.

• Build and evolve internal performance tools, dashboards, and frameworks using industry-standard systems such as SimCorp Performance Manager

  and FactSet

• Continuously improve reporting processes, identify automation opportunities, and contribute to the firm’s operational efficiency (leveraging performance systems, SQL databases, and Excel).

• Maintain rigorous data integrity and documentation for performance workflows and methodologies

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics , or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in investment performance measurement or portfolio analytics (senior title requires deeper experience)
• Familiarity with GIPS standards and their practical application
• Experience with SimCorp Performance Manager and/or FactSet is a major asset
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail; ability to identify and investigate performance drivers
• Proficiency in Excel is a must;
• Experience with SQL and/or PowerBI is a strong asset
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity , proactiveness, and a drive for excellence
• Collaborative spirit and comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
• Interest in or pursuit of the CFA and/or CIPM designation is considered a strong asset

(ou analyste principal(e)) motivé(e) et rigoureux(se) pour renforcer notre équipe. Ce poste clé, au cœur de nos opérations d’investissement, allie précision, sens de l’analyse et collaboration étroite avec nos équipes internes.

Vous serez un partenaire stratégique, chargé(e) d’assurer l’exactitude de nos résultats de performance, d’enrichir nos capacités de reporting, et contribuer activement à l’excellence opérationnelle et à la confiance que nos équipes, clients et partenaires placent dans nos processus. Ce rôle va bien au-delà du suivi de performance : il s’agit d’un poste à impact, où vos analyses contribueront directement à la qualité de nos décisions et à notre service aux clients.

Vos responsabilités

• Fournir aux équipes internes des analyses détaillées de performance et d’attribution, utiles tant en investissement qu’en relation client.

• Surveiller la performance des portefeuilles (quotidienne, mensuelle, trimestrielle), analyser les écarts ou anomalies et maintenir les composites de performance.

• Superviser la mise en place de processus conformes aux normes GIPS et coordonner les vérifications annuelles.

• Développer et améliorer les outils internes de suivi de performance, notamment via SimCorp Performance Manager et FactSet.

• Optimiser les processus de reporting et proposer des pistes d’automatisation pour accroître l’efficacité opérationnelle (à l'aide de nos systèmes de performance, de bases de données SQL et Excel).

• Garantir la

  fiabilité des données et documenter avec rigueur les méthodes et processus utilisés.

Profil recherché

• Diplôme universitaire en finance, économie, mathématiques

  ou dans une discipline connexe

• Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience

  en mesure de performance ou en analyse de portefeuille (plus pour le niveau senior)

• Très bonne maîtrise des normes GIPS

  et de leur application concrète

• Une solide compétence en Excel

  est requise

• Connaissances de SQL

  et/ou PowerBI

  constituent un atout important

• Expérience avec SimCorp Performance Manager et/ou FactSet constitue un atout

• Esprit analytique, grande attention aux détails et sens critique développé

• Curiosité intellectuelle, autonomie et proactivité

• Intérêt pour ou obtention des certifications CFA et/ou CIPM, un atout important
