Job description

**Customer Service Representative, BC-**6433 Fraser St, Vancouver, BC V5W 3A6

This position reports to the Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for performing the following functions:

  • Processing Online Account Opening Applications (Mobile Banking and Internet portal Applications)
  • Conducting Name Scan, Risk Assessment, KYC Verification.
  • Issuing and Dispatching Debit Cards and Welcome letters
  • Dispatching various letters pertaining to retail Back Office
  • Handling Toll Free Number as alternate arrangement.
  • Processing online Cheque Book, Debit Card Requests.
  • Any other roles/responsibility assigned.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, economics, accountancy or similar area required.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to write clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to understand various operations and assess the effectiveness of controls.
  • Knowledge of the financial sector
  • Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
  • Work effectively in a group environment.
  • Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change.
