**Customer Service Representative, BC-**6433 Fraser St, Vancouver, BC V5W 3A6
This position reports to the Asst. Branch Manager/ Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for performing the following functions:
- Processing Online Account Opening Applications (Mobile Banking and Internet portal Applications)
- Conducting Name Scan, Risk Assessment, KYC Verification.
- Issuing and Dispatching Debit Cards and Welcome letters
- Dispatching various letters pertaining to retail Back Office
- Handling Toll Free Number as alternate arrangement.
- Processing online Cheque Book, Debit Card Requests.
- Any other roles/responsibility assigned.
Job Requirements
- University degree in business, finance, economics, accountancy or similar area required.
- Strong communication skills with ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand various operations and assess the effectiveness of controls.
- Knowledge of the financial sector
- Ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
- Work effectively in a group environment.
- Ability to work in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change.
