About the Role: As a Guest Services Team Member, you’ll be at the heart of our barbershop, providing top-notch customer service, managing phone and online check-ins, and showcasing our premium retail products. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone passionate about customer service, eager to learn more about the barbering industry, and looking to grow their career in a supportive and dynamic environment. (Please note this is an on site job. You will need to be able to commute to work)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable experience.
Manage phone calls, online check-ins, and service queues efficiently.
Assist in showcasing and selling retail products to enhance the guest experience.
Support and collaborate with your team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable work environment.
Counting inventory
Qualifications:
Outstanding customer service skills with a genuine desire to go above and beyond.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction via email, phone, and in person.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage multiple priorities with ease.
Familiarity with visual merchandising and product inventory is an asset.
Previous experience in a salon, barbershop, or spa is a bonus but not required.
