We are currently seeking a qualified Leasing Agent for our residential portfolio.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to and generating leads
- Research and identify leasing leads by cold calling, networking, and marketing
- Formally prepare and present services to new and existing clients
- Maintain good working relationships with new and existing clients and business partners
- Collaborate with the residential and marketing team
- Follow up on new business opportunities and schedule meetings
- Write reports and prepare sales forecasting reposts
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market and industry conditions
- Attend industry functions, such as association trade shows, events and conferences
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years in sales, business development or communications
- Business or related degree from an accredited University or Diploma from an accredited college
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related software
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills, an outgoing personality, you enjoy interacting with people
- A self-starter, you like to work independently, you are highly organized with a strong ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to build rapport easily and to remain professional in all settings
- You communicate and negotiate effectively one-on-one, and within a group
- Valid driver’s license
