About the role

About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven, strategic, and relationship-first Account Manager to grow the TELUS Distributor Program through high-impact B2B2C partnerships. This isn’t your typical sales role—this is about hunting, closing, and nurturing strategic alliances that unlock new customer acquisition channels for TELUS.

Working at the intersection of TELUS and Dorado, you’ll be the face of TELUS to key partners and the go-to-market lead for Dorado. You’ll build relationships with companies that have untapped influence—real estate platforms, energy providers, moving services, and more—and help them earn by embedding TELUS services into their customer journey.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue high-value B2B2C opportunities that align with TELUS’s growth strategy.
  • Develop custom partnership proposals that demonstrate the power of the TELUS brand and the Dorado platform.
  • Manage and grow existing partners—from onboarding to activation to long-term success.
  • Be the connective tissue between partners, TELUS, and Dorado—translating KPIs into action.
  • Guide partners through co-branded marketing, sales training, and activation strategies.
  • Provide ongoing performance insights and sales reporting to both TELUS and Dorado leadership.

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or account management, ideally in telecom, SaaS, or consumer services.
  • Comfort leading with a big brand—bonus points if you’ve worked with or for TELUS.
  • A strategic hunter’s mindset, but with a partner-success heart—you close, but you also care.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills—able to present TELUS’s value in a way that resonates.
  • Experience navigating cross-functional teams and matrix organizations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
