Job Title: Senior Full-Cycle Accountant
Location: Stony Plain, Alberta
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

We’re looking for a Senior Full-Cycle Accountant to play a key role in managing the credit control and treasury functions that are vital to our business. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative finance team, working closely with internal departments, external partners, and financial institutions to ensure operational efficiency and financial stability.
What You’ll Do:
Credit Control Management
- Manage floorplan and retail financing programs in collaboration with dealers and finance partners.
- Monitor dealer loan payments and coordinate interest schedules.
- Lead dealer inventory reconciliations with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Identify and address potential risks associated with non-performing loans.
Treasury Management
- Develop and implement treasury policies and internal controls aligned with corporate goals.
- Manage banking relationships (domestic and international) and support smooth financial transactions.
- Partner with the Corporate FX team to analyze cash flow and implement risk mitigation strategies (hedging, interest rate risk management).
- Prepare weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts and cash positioning reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and oversee all cash-related GL entries.
- Manage company credit card accounts and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Coordinate intercompany transactions and settlements to support multi-entity operations.
Audit & Compliance
- Provide accurate and timely support during internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and corporate policies.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CPA, CFA, or MBA is highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience in treasury, credit control, or financial operations (OEM heavy equipment industry experience is a plus).
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems — SAP or Treasury Workstations is a strong asset.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator and team player, able to interact with senior leadership and external partners.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
