As a Parts Person Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Sell products and provide excellent service for customers
- Assist in keeping the Parts department clean and orderly
- Record all sales and/or customer transactions
- Provide Service Technicians with parts as required
- Provide accurate pricing and availability of parts for all requested quotes
- Control inventory; placing parts orders to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks
- Follow prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures
- Process cores, warranties, and new return merchandise as required at a point of sale
- Verify receiving documents and support with Shipper/Receiver duties
- Follow up on shortages and expedite to Management
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge, and competencies:
- Minimum 2 years of related parts experience
- Good verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to interpret customer needs
- Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Word, Excel & Outlook
- Strong organizational skills
Compensation: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
