The Patient Transfer Attendant performs vital duties as a front-line worker for RNR Patient Transfer Services. Our Attendants are the face of our company in the community and in professional environments. We provide safe, timely, and customer focused services to stable and non-urgent care patients needing to get to and from appointments in a variety of situations including Hospital to Hospital Transfers, Discharge Transportation Home, Infant and Elderly Transfers, and more! Driving and friendly customer service are key skills in this role. Every day you will have an opportunity to influence someone’s care experience in a positive way!
Terms:*Permanent full-time and part-time positions available - Weekends, evenings, days, nights, and holidays may be required.

Locations: We have locations in Orillia, Hamilton, and GTA
Roles and Responsibilities: Transport patients to hospital or other medical facility for further medical care- Maintain ambulances and emergency care equipment and supplies - Monitoring patients on route - Communicating with the dispatching center - Driving to locations throughout Ontario - Occasional Special Events as needed
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment; Work under pressure; Tight deadlines; Repetitive tasks; Physically demanding; Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, lifting (250 pounds with a partner)
Credentials: Valid G Class Driver License; First Aid/CPR; Clear Criminal Record Check, Acceptable Drivers Abstract
