About the role
Security Guard Group is currently looking to fill a Part Time Casual Security Guard position within the company. This opening is to a site that has no public transportation access. As such, only persons who own a vehicle will be selected for this position.
Applicants must have an open availability.
Basic Job duties:
- Ability to sit and stand with no physical issues.
- Excellent communication skills using the English language
- Ability to write detailed reports
- Comfortable working with technology
- Have excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
Shifts: Shifts are 8 or 12 hours hours long.
Basic Requirements
- Ontario Security Guard License
- Can legally work in Canada
- Have an open availability
- Must own a vehicle to use on site.
- Smartphone with internet connection

- This position will require the majority of the shift to be done outdoors (i.e. letting vehicles into the site, and patrolling the site at night). Please do not apply if you are not willing to do this.
- Do you own a vehicle? Are you able to use your vehicle on site for every shift to patrol?
- Do you have valid CPR through a WSIB approved agency?
- The shift timings are 5:30-11:30 and 11:30-6:30 on weekends. What shift timing are you able to do?
