En constante évolution, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Représentante(e) des ventes  qui relèvera du responsable des opérations commerciales.

Le/la candidat(e) travaillera en proche collaboration avec nos revendeurs et nos équipes internes (département comptabilité, l’entrepôt..).

Quels seront vos principales responsabilités ?

Vous serez le/la principale(e) point de contact de nos revendeurs et vous agirez en tant qu'ambassadeur de notre marque.

• Assurer les commandes, leurs suivis et la distribution de nos produits.
• Prioriser certaines commandes, tout en collaborant avec notre entrepôt.
• Fournir un support et service client, en répondant efficadement aux demandes er en résolvant leurs problématiques.
• Gérer les demandes de retour des clients.
• Développer et maintenir de fortes relations avec nos clients.
• Soutenir l'équipe dans les tadministratives (création et la mise à jour du profil clients, production des rapports, etc).

Qui êtes-vous ?

• DEC en administration des affaires ou technique bureautique, ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la relation client.
• Bilingue anglais-français, la quasi-totalité de nos contacts sont anglophones.
• Habilité avec la Office 365, en particulier EXCEL.
• Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre entregeant, votre sens du service et votre capacité à établir rapidement un lien de confiance avec les clients.
• Vous êtes autonome et organisé(e) dans votre travail.

We are continuously growing and are therefore looking for a  Sales Representative , who will report to the Commercial Operations Manager.

The person will work closely with our dealers and some of our internal departments (accounting, warehouse...).

What you will be doing?

You will be the main point of contact for our resellers and will act as an ambassador of our brand.

• Manage orders, follow-ups, and product distribution.
• Prioritize certain orders while collaborating with our warehouse.
• Provide customer support and service by responding efficiently to requests and solving their issues.
• Handle customer return requests.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients.
• Support the team with administrative tasks (creating and updating customer profiles, producing reports, etc.).

Who you are

• DEC in Business Administration, Office Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer relations.
• Bilingual English-French, as the vast majority of our contacts are English-speaking.
• Proficient with Office 365, particularly Excel.
• You are known for your people skills, your sense of service, and your ability to quickly establish a relationship of trust with clients.
• You are autonomous and organized in your work.
