We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Fixed Operations Manager to lead our service and parts departments, ensuring every guest receives the premium care and expertise they expect from the Mercedes Benz brand. What’s the role all about?

As Fixed Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our service, parts, and shop departments—ensuring smooth workflows, top-tier customer service, and a well-oiled team. You’ll drive revenue growth, control expenses, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with other departments to enhance our service offerings.

Compensation: Wage is commensurate with your knowledge, skills, and experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead & Mentor: Develop and inspire your team to succeed in the automotive industry.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Profitability: Ensure every customer leaves happy while keeping the department financially strong.
  • Oversee Repairs & Workflows: Maintain dealership standards and assist with diagnostics when needed.
  • Optimize Efficiency: Keep shop tools, equipment, and operations running smoothly.
  • Develop Talent: Train, coach, and upskill staff to elevate their performance.
  • Drive Productivity: Monitor staff efficiency and keep the momentum going.
  • Be the Go-To Expert: Support customers and staff with your knowledge and leadership.
  • Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Tackle challenges head-on with innovative solutions and a flexible approach.
  • Financial & Performance Analytics: Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Highly Engaged with Staff: Foster a positive, collaborative work environment by being actively involved with your team.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3-5 years of automotive experience (preferably in Fixed Operations).
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and drive success.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to navigate challenges efficiently.
  • Adaptability to manage a fast-paced and ever-evolving industry.
  • Financial & Analytical Skills to assess performance data and drive improvements.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven approach.
  • Previous managerial experience? That’s a plus!
