What We're Looking For: The ideal candidate is outgoing, knowledgeable, and willing to learn with an open mind. You should possess both technical aptitude and solid office skills, with a genuine passion for customer service excellence.
Experience Preferred (But We'll Train the Right Person):
- Hydronics, Plumbing & Heating background is an asset
- Understanding of construction processes and product representation
- Experience with construction document review and preparation
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Sales Leadership: Participate in sales meetings, develop forecasts, and analyze market conditions
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, engineers, and architects
- Technical Support: Provide expert product knowledge and technical assistance to clients
- Order Coordination: Manage sales orders, handle changes/cancellations, and ensure delivery commitments are met
- Business Development: Identify decision-makers, expand prospect database, and develop strategic sales approaches
- Industry Engagement: Attend conferences to build networks and stay current with industry trends
- Professional Growth: Actively participate in training, meetings, and professional development opportunities

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
