About the role
Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd., the global leader in estate account management with operations in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, seeks a qualified Finance Administrator . The Finance Administrator will be responsible for completing bank reconciliations, recording accounts receivable and accounts payable entries, assist with month end close process and the daily payment posting and client remittance process. The successful candidate will also collect pertinent information for third party audits, contribute to financial reporting and operations and support the department’s daily responsibilities. This is an entry level position.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank accounts daily.
- Reconcile daily collection postings to deposits
- Review and post bills and related payments into NetSuite.
- Review and post sales invoices and related payments into NetSuite.
- Assist with the month end closing process.
- Post consumer payments in collection platforms
- Process daily client remittances.
- Summarize transaction details and journalizes data to general ledger.
- Reconcile and agree balance sheet accounts.
- Meeting the goals and objectives as set out by Management.
- Assist with preparation of client and financial audit deliverables.
Desired Experience:
- Use and knowledge of Netsuite Accounting Software
- Must be able to focus on key tasks, prioritize duties, and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office programs.
- Multi-lingual fluency a plus.
- Trust Account Reconciliation knowledge
