This is an in-office, full time position.
You’ll lead high-performing creative teams across digital, video, and design to deliver world-class campaigns that move markets. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy and imagination — we want to hear from you.
Job Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the creative vision across client portfolios
- Lead designers, copywriters, and video teams with confidence
- Oversee campaign development from concept to production
- Collaborate with Strategy, SEO, and Paid teams to align creative with KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in website design, digital ads, branding, social media, and print design (Portfolio Required).
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, CRO, and user-centered design.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute compelling visual storytelling across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS (a plus but not required).
- Knowledge of WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, and Shopify (an asset but not required).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a knack for producing polished, high-quality designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
