About The Role Our Private Enterprise team is known for its exceptional mentorship and commitment to guiding junior staff who are eager to learn, grow, and gain meaningful experience in the field of audit. Based in our downtown Vancouver office, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with a variety of managers, senior managers, and partners across different client engagements.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, grow, and develop into a detailed-oriented CPA. You’ll be a key contributor to our team, providing clients with accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and addressing their inquiries, all while receiving hands-on guidance from a leader who genuinely cares about your professional development.

How You’ll Make a Difference
- Support our clients by preparing accurate tax returns, working papers, and other accounting assignments that help them navigate both personal and business finances.
- Be an active member of a collaborative audit team, delivering assurance engagements that give our clients confidence in their financial information.
- Build and maintain strong relationships by communicating with clients and third parties to gather the information needed to deliver exceptional service.
- Help shape and strengthen DMCL’s culture through your teamwork, fresh ideas, and active engagement.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of experience in public practice with exposure to tax and financial reporting
- Actively enrolled in the CPA program or planning to enroll
- Strong technical foundation with eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Confident communicator, client-focused, and proactive in follow-up and delivery
- Adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
