Part-Time Real Estate Assistant (On-Call, Evenings & Weekends)
Looking for a reliable assistant to help with writing real estate offers, and related forms. Full training will be provided, prior experience with contracts is not required, but candidates must be extremely organized, quick to learn, and have access to a laptop at all times.
Position Details:
- On-call evenings (after 5 PM) and weekends
- Must be available with approximately 15 minutes notice
- Estimated 1 to 5 hours per week (workload varies daily)
- Laptop required; basic computer proficiency is essential
- Full training provided on real estate forms and processes
Compensation:
- $25 per hour to start
- Potential increase once fully trained and able to work independently
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a flexible schedule who is looking for occasional additional work and can respond promptly when needed.
