About the Role

to join our fast-growing Insurtech team and play a critical role in ensuring our platform delivers consistently for our clients.
This hybrid role combines production support, data analysis, stakeholder engagement
, and process improvement
, offering a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in the insurance technology space. This position reports to the Director of Delivery, who is responsible for smooth onboarding of clients to the Hubio regul8 platform.
Key Responsibilities
Production Support & Triage
- Act as the first line of defense for production issues, working with internal technical teams to quickly diagnose and resolve incidents.
- Manage support ticket intake and triage process, ensuring clear prioritization and minimal client impact.
- Validate fixes before deployment to confirm resolution and safeguard overall system health.
Data Analysis, Mapping & Lineage
- Conduct end-to-end data mapping between source and target systems to support development, troubleshooting, and integration.
- Trace data lineage to understand how information flows through systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Use SQL to extract and validate data as part of root cause analysis, issue resolution, and support reporting needs.
- Maintain data dictionaries and mapping documentation to support knowledge transfer and reduce system ambiguity.
Project & Release Coordination
- Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to support project execution by tracking tasks, risks, and deliverables.
- Support QA and UAT by validating that requirements have been met and issues have been addressed.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as a key liaison between business users, clients, developers, and delivery managers to ensure issues are understood and resolved appropriately.
- Provide clear and consistent communication about issue statuses, timelines, and resolution plans.
Continuous Improvement & Change Readiness
- Identify and recommend opportunities for automation or workflow improvements in support processes.
- Assist with change management activities including impact assessments, communications, and rollout planning.
Client-Centric Focus
- Ensure support and project efforts are always aligned with client expectations and business value.
- Engage clients and internal users to gather feedback, refine processes, and identify new opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
- 1 –3+ years in a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or hybrid technical support role.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data mapping, lineage tracking , and data quality validation.
- Proficiency in writing SQL for data extraction and validation
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) to manage tickets, track progress, and document issues.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Glue, and Lambda is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Experience working in or with P&C insurance is strongly preferred.
- Consulting background or experience in enterprise client delivery is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
