About the role

Contracts and Risk Manager. This role supports a diverse portfolio of projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, government, and technology sectors, with a strong focus on mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate customer contracts, NDAs, and subcontracts to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Identify and mitigate contractual and operational risks
  • Support contract dispute resolution and prequalification processes
  • Oversee incident reporting, workers’ compensation cases, and insurance renewals
  • Enhance contract administration policies and provide training to internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, construction management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–8 years of experience in contract administration, risk management, or construction project support
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, construction standards, and bidding processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with contract management tools (e.g., Document Crunch)
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
