Redhead Equipment has an opening for an Office Administrator at our Humboldt branch.
Core Responsibilities
This position is based at the reception desk and be responsible for working in a team atmosphere processing correspondence, greeting/assisting customers and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
Duties also include data entry, filing, bank deposits and performing various administrative functions to support the Parts, Service and Sales departments.
Skills and Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
Highly motivated team player with a friendly and outgoing manner
Self-directed, diligent and detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to exceptional customer service
A “Can Do” attitude
