About the role

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within Alberta and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to provide tailored solutions. As our Sales Representative, you will engage with clients within the automotive world, utilizing your skills in sales and customer management to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct outside sales activities, including meetings and presentations to potential customers.
  • Provide feedback on product development based on customer insights and needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive and/or outside sales roles.
  • Strong skills in business development and account management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer requirements.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Pre-existing knowledge and connections in the automotive/body shop industry is a huge plus.

About

The primary brand you would be selling is called Lyons Protective Coatings. There are 4 main product lines within this brand ranging from traditional truck bedliner to smooth automotive re-finishes.

Your main target of customers would be pre-existing shops that spray protective coatings, body shops and companies that have a strong business case to start spraying protective coatings.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
