Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate new vehicle deliveries in collaboration with the sales team
- Ensure all vehicles are fully prepped and presented to a high standard before delivery
- Walk customers through key vehicle features and connect them to Toyota online tools
- Review and complete all delivery-related documentation accurately
- Address customer questions or concerns during the delivery process
- Introduce customers to the service department to support long-term relationships
- Maintain a minimum 95% Connected Services enrollment rate
- Provide general administrative or delivery support as required
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Valid G Class driver’s license with a clean abstract
- OMVIC license or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire
- Professional, friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for service
