About the role
Position: Low-Rise Window Cleaner
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Low-Rise Window Cleaner is responsible for performing exterior/interior building cleaning and maintenance functions on low-rise buildings and other structures.
Location- GTA
Schedule- Flexible, 40 hours/week
Responsibilities
- Performing exterior and/or interior cleaning for low-rise buildings and/or post-construction sites
- Comply with the Aurum's policies and procedures
- Maintaining assigned equipment, handling them with care and responsibility
- Performing tasks like caulking, weatherproofing, power washing, and duct cleaning
- Participating in required training
- Performing other duties as assigned
Required Experience
- 2+ years of window cleaning/cleaning experience
- Ontario's G license is a must
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Water-fed/Tucker pole experience is considered an asset
- Working at heights certification is considered an asset
- Elevated lift certification is considered an asset
Work Conditions
- Ability to lift up to 30-50lbs
- Ability to work up to 10 feet high buildings
