We're looking for Call center agents to handle customer calls, addressing issues efficiently with empathy and understanding, assist on getting payments on current accounts.

Please be advised this role is required to work 100% in office during training and afterwards.

Your Role;

  • You will leverage your training to assist customers by proposing solutions to address their financial situation
  • Negotiate payments and payment plans
  • Adhere to your schedule and maintain excellent attendance
  • Treat customers and co-workers with dignity & respect

Who You Are;

  • Basic computer skills (we will teach you the rest!)

Hours of Work:

  • Monday to Friday: 8h00am to 10h00pm Saturday's: 8h00am to 5h00pm
  • Sundays off
