The Pawsh Dog Inc., one of Winnipeg's best dog-centered companies, is looking to fill one full-time positions for communications and customer service specialist. The communications and customer service specialist provides professional, efficient and kind customer service via answering calls or replying to emails in order to give the best experience and care possible for our clients and our furry friends.
Responsibilities:
- Responding to clients warmly and ensuring a positive customer experience
- Assist customers with questions via answering phone calls and emails
- Being knowledgeable regarding all aspects of our business in order to provide accurate and efficient information
Job Specifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work independently
- Individual should thrive in a busy environment and be able to multi-task
- A friendly person who enjoys interaction with the public
- Strong social media skills & Dog Retail Knowledge is an asset
Experience:
- Training and a minimum of 1 years experience in customer service and hospitality industry is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $15.80-$17.50 per hour
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Winnipeg, MB R3N 2A7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
