About the role
We are currently looking for a dedicated and highly organized Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure in a busy environment.
Responsibilities
- Contact customers to book appointments for installation team
- Ensure all incoming calls are answered in a timely manner
- Coordinate scheduling with service team
- Complete required paperwork
- Input work orders
- Close service runs
- Email completed work orders to builders
- Book service appointments with homeowners over telephone
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of customer service experience
- Secondary School completion is required
- A college diploma in a business-related field is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software
- Ability to meet tight timelines and work under pressure
- Extensive scheduling experience
- Superior customer service skills
- Able to multi-task
- Organizational skills a must
- Ability to handle upset and irate customers
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or distribution environment an asset
