  • Build strong cross-divisional relationships to align priorities and support initiatives like multi-product shifts and network expansion.
  • Manage the supply chain portfolio, driving prioritization, risk mitigation, and resource optimization to deliver maximum value.
  • Represent the division at the executive level — gathering input, analyzing emerging issues, and preparing materials that support informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, consistent reporting framework for operational and strategic initiatives, including executive and board-level reporting.
  • Leverage strong digital acumen to lead and support transformation initiatives.

Desired Education and Skills:

  • Experience in health care, biotechnology, pharmaceutical or blood banking industry at the leadership level is considered an asset.
  • Specific experience in strategy and financial analysis is an asset.
  • Highly strategic and forward thinking in approach, but able to balance near term deliverables with long-term priorities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, influencing and negotiation; able to achieve consensus to drive results.
  • Possesses strong business acumen and is able to effectively support executive-level decision making.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic change across technology environments.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
