We’re looking for a Workforce Management Reporting Analyst to join our team and help drive our reporting and analytics functions!
Location: Across Canada
What you’ll do here:
- Manage requests and responds to inquiries on the WFM reporting suite
- Develop, update, and maintain the WFM Reporting Suite
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all reports
- Understand WFM processes and concepts to create effective and efficient reports
- Utilize coding skills and tools such as Snowflake and Data Room to manage and analyze data
- Analyze report data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Create and present reports to managers, directors, and VP-level stakeholders
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
What you bring to the table:
- University degree or college diploma (business, math, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-4 years’ experience in a reporting or analytics role within a workforce management context
- Knowledge of Database management and ability to code and use tools such as Snowflake
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Data Room, SQL)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, macros, and automation techniques
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach to improving reporting processes
- No Canadian work experience required but must have authorization to work in Canada
- For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country

Salary of the successful candidate will typically be positioned between the following range, taking into consideration a number of factors including prior experience, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, location and internal equity:
$60,200.00 - $90,200.00
