What You’ll Do:
- Lead the team in daily retail operations, supporting store success
- Drive exceptional customer experiences while managing cash handling and inventory
- Turn challenges into opportunities for customer satisfaction and retention
- Inspire and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment
What You Bring to the Table:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or a similar role
- Strong background in sales, cash handling, and customer service
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- A knack for solving problems on the fly with a calm, can-do attitude
- Tech-savvy and eager to use various platforms to streamline operations
- Passion for learning and educating others about cannabis
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check and CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate required
- Bonus: Education in business, sales, or a related field
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Mentor and support team members in their daily tasks, fostering growth
- Address customer inquiries and ensure an exceptional experience
- Ensure compliance with all cannabis regulations and company standards
- Work closely with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability goals

Using our winning formula, we have opened a total of 22 locations. Currently, you can find The Hunny Pot Cannabis stores in Toronto, Scarborough, Milton, Burlington, Hamilton, Cambridge, Sarnia, Guelph, St Catherine's, Niagara Falls, Ottawa - and we have our sights on a few new locations for 2023!
