About the role
This Winnipeg based retailer is seeking a detail-oriented E-Commerce Site Administrator to join their digital team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll play an integral role in supporting the ongoing success of multiple e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the E-Commerce Director, the Site Administrator will oversee the day-to-day management of our online storefronts, ensuring they are accurate, up to date, and delivering a seamless customer experience. Description
- Maintain and update e-commerce websites with accurate product information, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure site content aligns with campaign goals and business priorities
- Monitor site performance and troubleshoot issues related to user experience, navigation, and checkout
- Execute regular site audits to identify and correct errors or inconsistencies
- Support product launches, seasonal changes, and content refreshes
- Help implement best practices for SEO, site usability, and conversion optimization
- Assist with data entry, image uploads, and quality control
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or a combination of education and related experience
- Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms—Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a strong asset
- Technical acumen and experience working alongside IT teams
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and how they influence site visibility
- Strong data analysis skills to inform strategy and decision-making
- A collaborative mindset with clear, proactive communication
- A customer-centric approach and awareness of how digital touchpoints impact sales and satisfaction
