POSITION DETAILS:
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
- Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 CAD per year, commensurate with experience
- Location: Remote (Canada)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate Statement of Work (SOW) and contractual requirements into detailed project plans and schedules
- Maintain and organize project documentation including timelines, budgets, deliverables, and scope tracking
- Monitor task progress and proactively identify risks or roadblocks to ensure on-time delivery
- Prepare and distribute project artifacts, such as milestone invoices, client-facing updates, meeting minutes, and action item summaries
- Ensure projects adhere to internal processes and contractual obligations
- Support onboarding processes for new consultants and project management staff
- Coordinate across departments to resolve issues and drive project goals
- Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement within project workflows

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to analyze and solve problems in real time
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or ProjectWorks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and support cross-functional teams
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience working in a software or technology organization is an asset
- Interest in long-term career growth in project management
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in project coordination or project support role
- Experience in a client-facing capacity preferred
- PMP, CAPM, or similar designation considered an asset
- Familiarity with the utilities, government, or technology sector is an advantage
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project or client needs
