Responsibilities
- Develop detailed business and functional requirements for claims or policy systems
- Ensure integration with downstream systems for reporting
- Plan and conduct User Acceptance Testing
- Provide analytical support for projects, improving claims and/or policy management
- Lead requirements definition for enhancements and initiatives
- Translate business needs into clear requirements
- Create Documentation, including business use cases and data flows
- Coordinate requirements gathering sessions
- Conduct review sessions with key business users
- Build professional relationships to understand business needs
- Collaborate with development and testing teams
- Ensure efficient solutions across business processes
- Participate in the planning and execution of User Acceptance Testing
- Obtain UAT signoff
Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience
- Proficient in iterative and agile methodologies
- Strong experience in developing requirements and specifications
- Hands-on experience in creating business process diagrams
- Experience in IT solutions for process improvements
- Experience in business management interfacing
- Proven track record in claims or policy systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with project and business tools
- Skilled in process modeling tools
- Experience with visualization tools
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience leading small teams
- Strong initiative and self-management abilities
- Onsite Office Position - 3 Days per Week

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$90,000 - CA$120,000.
