Delivery and Deployment Analyst / Business Process Analyst

Raise is currently hiring a Delivery and Deployment Analyst / Business Process Analyst on behalf of one of our top clients, an esteemed educational institution. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader.
Job Overview The Delivery and Deployment Analyst / Business Process Analyst will help to source candidates and onboard a new unit to our Lifelong Learning Information System (LLIS) which is built on Modern Campus platform. Experience with higher educatation sector or non-credit/lifelong learning or learning management systems like Canvas will be a plus. This role will deliver the business process mapping of a specific niche unit within Faculty of Education around English Language Leaning for a wide range of learners.
Role Deliverables
- Independently Deliver LLIS-Ready Inputs from Dispersed Business Operations
- Own the end-to-end translation of ELI’s fragmented operational practices—spanning Oasis, Excel, Word, and manual methods—into structured, system-ready artifacts designed for direct configuration and delivery in LLIS.
- Design and Deliver Cross-Platform Integration Specifications
- Deliver integration documentation that goes beyond process mapping—defining how LLIS connects with core platforms (Canvas, Workday, Identity, Salesforce) at the data, logic, and timing levels to enable secure, production-grade deployment.
- Define and Deliver Configuration Packages for Complex ELI Scenarios
- Produce fully actionable configuration packages for unique ELI requirements, such as Homestay coordination and Credit Pay processing, bridging business complexity with platform capability for seamless deployment by technical teams.
- Deliver Deployment Strategy and Environment Management Plan
- Own the creation of a deployment strategy that supports non-disruptive delivery into a shared multi-tenant system. Provide environment usage plans that avoid conflicts, maintain data integrity, and support iterative development and deployment cycles.
- Deliver System Validation Framework and Production Rollout Execution Plan
- Build a rigorous, fit-for-purpose test framework used by both existing LLIS tenants and ELI teams to validate functionality and stability. Deliver a rollout plan that ensures smooth, low-risk transition of new configuration into the production environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Information Systems, Business Analysis, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional), PMP (Project Management Professional), or Prosci Change Management are an asset
- Proven ability to independently deliver system-ready configurations, integration specifications, and deployment plans within complex, multi-system enterprise environments.
- Strong technical acumen in translating fragmented business operations into structured, testable, and production-deployable artifacts across platforms like Workday, Salesforce, Canvas, and identity management systems.
- Experience with higher education sector or non-credit/lifelong learning or learning management systems like Canvas will be a plus
- Ability to manage projects through all phases, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
