Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the office
  • Manage administrative staff and ensure efficient workflow
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare or retirement living sector is an asset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
