Position Summary
Reporting to the the Owners and Lead Manager. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for management of the employee team and the overall restaurant business. This consists of, generating performance which exceeds guest’s expectations while maintaining Operating Standards, achieving financial results and building a great Climate-rich employment experience. This can include but is not limited to, daily operations, inventory management, hiring & training of staff, guest concerns and health & safety compliance and standards.
Requirements
- Restaurant Management and/or Supervisory experience
- Strong interpersonal skills & leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Administration experience
- Reliable transportation
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Tips
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
