The Banking & Lending Product Support Manager is responsible for overseeing the support and management of banking and lending products within the US Wealth Management division. This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure product effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the product support team and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance product offerings.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements.
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for staff.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in banking or financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in product management or support roles.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial industry.
Other Relevant Details
- This position may require occasional travel to various locations.
