What you’ll be doing:
Client Support & Technical Expertise (65%)

  • Drive digital campaign performance across the agency’s strategic accounts, acting as both expert and innovation lead
  • Uphold high standards of quality and efficiency by promoting best practices and emerging tech
  • Act as a consultant on complex mandates for media teams when needed
  • Be the go-to expert for all platform-related technical questions within your area
  • Proudly represent the agency externally (RFPs, speaking engagements, etc.)
  • Oversee technical onboarding for new clients (account access, ad account creation, etc.)

Media Department Support & Internal Development (35%)

  • Stay on top of relevant digital platform updates and share insights with the team
  • Keep training resources updated, identify learning needs, and deliver targeted trainings
  • Contribute to improving internal processes (tools, templates, memos, training, hiring tests, etc.)
  • Maintain certifications tied to your area of expertise and maximize our partner benefits
  • Set up programmatic deals (Preferred Deal, PMP)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform reps in your area of focus

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 4 wide experience in digital media, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong knowledge of all types of digital placements (direct/programmatic display, social, search, retargeting, native) and ad servers (DoubleClick)
  • Solid reporting and data analysis skills (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio)

Bonus points if you already have (or are motivated to develop):

  • Confidence managing medium to large-scale accounts
  • Strong command of Excel (we use Google Sheets)
  • Solid research and analytical skills
  • Bilingual in English and French, written and spoken (many of our clients and partners are English-speaking)
