About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales efforts for a growing residential home builder.
This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in new townhome sales, marketing, and client engagement. You will be responsible for managing sales across two major developments and supporting the broader customer experience team, including warranty and site technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets of 8–10 units
- Provide exceptional customer service and host show homes
- Collaborate with marketing to drive traffic and lead generation
- Support hiring and training of additional show home hosts as needed
- Coordinate with warranty and site technicians to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Maintain detailed records of sales activity and client interactions
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in residential real estate sales, preferably with a home builder
- Proven success in townhome sales
- Strong marketing acumen and ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + commission (potential to earn $180,000-$200,000 over two years on two major projects)
- 3 weeks paid vacation
- 5-day work week
