Interested? We’re looking for our next Client Relationship Advisor to join our Transport Department in Montreal. You'll be right in the middle of the action!

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contact existing or inactive customers.
  • Promote our services and build a lasting relationship of trust with each customer.
  • Analyze past volumes to target high value-added actions.
  • Make concrete recommendations to the VP Transport based on customer feedback.
  • Answer first-level technical questions clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with our various departments.

What we’re looking for:

  • You are bilingual in French and English to interact with colleagues and clients across Canada and around the world.
  • You have 5 to 7 years of experience in operations and/or pricing with an international freight forwarder.
  • You are proactive, autonomous, organized, and exercise sound judgment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel). Knowledge of CargoWise is an asset.
  • Ideally, you hold a diploma in logistics (AEC) or a CIFFA certification.
