Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Used Car Manager located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Assistant Used Car Manager will be responsible for overseeing pre-owned vehicle sales, managing sales processes, providing exceptional customer service, and maximizing sales performance.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales and Sales Processes
- Strong sales background
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and vehicles
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
