About the role
LendingHub.ca is a dynamic and growing mortgage brokerage dedicated to simplifying the home financing experience for Canadians. With a client-focused approach and a network of experienced agents, we are committed to providing exceptional service and seamless mortgage solutions. We’re currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks and maintain organized records of internal documentation.
- Prepare and process documents, forms, and correspondence related to mortgage files.
- Monitor and ensure agent files meet compliance standards as per FSRA regulations.
- Assist in onboarding new agents and maintaining up-to-date licensing and documentation records.
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions on behalf of brokers and agents.
- Follow up on application statuses, required documents, and lender-specific requirements.
- Organize and coordinate seminars, workshops, and training sessions for agents and clients.
- Handle event logistics, invitations, registrations, and venue arrangements.
- Assist the principal broker and mortgage agents with file tracking, lead management, and CRM data updates.
- Ensure client confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a mortgage brokerage or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of mortgage processes and compliance requirements in Canada.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Filogix, Velocity).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
